T234 Patch
Troop 234 is dedicated to helping boys develop physically and mentally to become men of good character and citizenship – to become the leaders of tomorrow.

The scouting experience is built around a program of rank advancement outlined in the
Boy Scout Handbook. Boys take part in troop activities, service projects, learn skills, demonstrate leadership, earn merit badges and show how they are trying to live by the Scout Oath and Law to advance in Rank.

ADVENTURE AND FUN

Troop 234 is on the move! Camping, Hiking, service projects, adventure – with more to come. Come check out our calendar.

SERVICE

Scouts develop character and citizenship by doing service projects in our community – Food Drive, Environmental Clean ups, Flag Ceremonies, Parades

LEADERSHIP

To develop our boys, Troop 234 is boy lead. with the guidance and support of Adult leaders. Each boy is assigned to a patrol of 6-8 Scouts who work together as a team. Scouts participate in planning and leading activities which give the Scouts many opportunities to learn lifelong leadership and teamwork skills. This gives Scouts many opportunities to learn about, to lead and to teach the Scouting program. Boy-run programs enable Scouts to accept responsibility and improve decision-making skills
